November is known for the National Children’s Month. ABF conducted a webinar entitled “Empowering Children: Understanding Presidential Decree No. 603 and Upholding Children’s Rights” which the participant will explore the significance of children’s rights, legal frameworks, and the role of various stakeholders in promoting child welfare was held on November 23, 2024.
